SPANISH GIN & TONIC

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces Garden Club Gin
  • 4 ounces tonic water, chilled
  • Garnish: juniper berries
  • Garnish: lemon & lime wheel
  • Garnish: thyme

STEPS TO MAKE IT

  • Pour the gin into a wine glass filled 3/4 full with ice.
  • Top with the tonic and stir gently and briefly to combine.
  • Garnish with juniper berries, a lemon & lime wheel and a thyme sprig.

50/50 MARTINI

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 ounces Garden Club Gin
  • 1 1/2 ounces dry vermouth
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Garnish: lemon twist

STEPS TO MAKE IT

  • Gather the ingredients.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add mint leaves, simple syrup, and lime juice. Muddle well to release essence of herbs.
  • Add gin. Fill shaker with ice.
  • Shake well.
  • Strain into glass filled

THE MARTINEZ

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 ounces Garden Club Gin
  • 1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
  • 1/4 ounce Luxardo maraschino liqueur
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: orange twist

STEPS TO MAKE IT

  • Add the gin, sweet vermouth, maraschino liqueur and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Garnish with an orange twist.
