The Sparkling Gimlet
💥 ¾ cup fresh lime juice
💥 ½ cup simple syrup
💥 2 cups spiced citrus vodka
Add ingredients into a pitcher or cocktail dispenser, stir, and chill. Serve over ice. Top with ginger beer for an extra zing and garnish with fresh mint and blackberries for that firework-worthy finish.
