BOOMER! Introducing the Sooner Smash, using our very own Two Ponies Bourbon! This winning cocktail is as easy as it is delicious. Hereβs what youβll need:
3 oz. Two Ponies Bourbon, chilled
3 oz apple cider, chilled
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup club soda (optional)
Add the bourbon, apple cider, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker or glass measuring cup with a little ice. Stir well to combine. Then pour into two glasses filled with ice. Top with an ounce or two of club soda if desired and garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice.
